Leasing Your Home
Pricing Your Rent
I'll pull a rent analysis from the MLS using homes like yours that recently leased nearby, plus the homes you'll be competing with right now. Pricing right helps you lease faster and avoid weeks of vacancy, which often costs more than a slightly lower rent.

Listing & Marketing
Once your home is ready, I'll schedule professional photos and list it on the MLS, where it goes out to other agents and the major rental search sites. A strong listing with great photos brings in more qualified applicants, faster.
Showings
Showings are scheduled through a showing service, and you'll know about each one ahead of time. If the home is still occupied, we'll set showing windows that work for you or your current tenant, and I'll share feedback as it comes in.
Signing the Lease
Once you approve an applicant, the lease is prepared and sent to you and the tenant to sign. It spells out the rent, deposit, lease term, pet rules, who handles repairs and yard care, and other key details. The tenant pays the security deposit and first month's rent before move-in.
Move-In Day!
The tenant sets up utilities, gets the keys and completes a move-in condition form noting any existing wear or damage. That form protects you both when the lease ends.
